Absolutely. We can schedule an On-Site Training on the date of your choice, provided the instructor is available.  Seminars, workshops, and ongoing development are typically conducted in 1/2 day, 1-day, 2-day, or 3-day agenda programs.  Saturdays, weekend retreats, and a variety of days/times are typical in our type of work.

Are CEUs or clock hours provided?

For Time to Teach (our Classroom Management Program) CEUs and/or clock hours can be provided only through your district.

Is college credit provided as an option?

Yes, for Time to Teach (our Classroom Management Program). Graduate level semester college credit is available through Brandman University, part of the Chapman University System. Please note that additional requirements and fees will apply.  Take a look at the “College Credits” header on the navigation bar for lots more information about this important question.

Are training materials included?

Yes, with Time to Teach (our Classroom Management Program) unlike most onsite training sponsors, we provide a professionally printed comprehensive resource handbook for each participant. There are many other supplemental materials you may choose from to enhance your day. They all align with the course and augment the outcomes.  For other seminars, workshops and ongoing development opportunities a variety of materials and tools are provided as prework, postwork, or in-class resources.

What if our school or business does not have a full day available for training?

Your trainer can work with you to develop a plan that best meets your needs. This means that you may be able to break up the training day into smaller units over a period of time.

How long are the On-Site or Virtual/Remote Trainings?

Each On-Site Training Seminar will vary in length and will be customized to your needs.  Seminars, workshops, and ongoing development are typically conducted in 1/2-day through 3-day agenda programs.  For multiple programs and longer-term goals, training and consulting is available from 3-24 months.  Coaching discussions are generally 45-60 minutes each time, and are set up to meet your unique needs for frequency, timing and follow-up.

What is the value-add vs. cost to have a Coach, Facilitator or Presenter?

We provide you with a series of options to best meet your needs.  We have individual assessment and coaching/consultation pricing, along with package pricing which involves multiple assessments and coaching discussions over 3-6 months. You can expect to: improve the bottom line, heighten team dynamics, boost performance overall, improve retention, and develop new perceptions.  What is that worth to you?  Let’s review your data and make that determination as partners.  The value-add is unique to each of you – and we’ll figure that out when we talk.

The goal is to reach as many people as possible through the work – so don’t delay and call or email!  There is no cost for the complimentary initial “get to know you” conversation – so you literally have nothing to lose!.  Request More Information
